How to “claim” your website account at TNAonline.org

Please note: if you are a member of TNA, you have a “membership” account in our system. However, to take advantage of member discounts and webpages available only to members, you will need to “claim” your account and set up a log in password. Your password can be the same password you use on ANA’s website at nursingworld.org if you like.

If you have not logged into TNA’s website before, you may have received a notice in a small yellow box within our last announcement from the website stating that your “account is unclaimed.” This basically means that you haven’t set up your log in password yet for the website. This is not something that you are required to do unless you plan to attend TNA events or view webpages that may be for members only.

To “Claim your account,” please go to TNAonline.org, click on “LOG IN” at the upper right corner, and you will not enter your email address or a password into the boxes here. Instead, please click on “Forgot your password?” The system will automatically send an email to the email address that is listed as your main contact email address in your ANA account. You will follow the instructions in the email to “claim” your account.

If you have questions, please contact Kathryn Denton at Kathryn.Denton@tnaonline.org, or call 615-254-0350 ext. 3.
