ONE Tennessee is Seeking Non-Prescribing Nurses for Pilot Training Program
September 28 - October 28 | Register here by September 24
ONE Tennessee is seeking non-prescribing nurses who are concerned about Tennessee's high rates of addiction, overdoses and deaths due to prescription opioids, to participate in a pilot training program. Participants will enroll in a nursing education program delivered to a mobile device through the QuizTime platform, and will answer 20 questions—one question delivered daily during the month of the course—to demonstrate an understanding of clinical best practices regarding treatment and care of patients receiving opioid prescriptions.
Upon completion of this course which was developed through the collaboration of the Tennessee Nurses Association, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and ONE Tennessee, participants will be asked to provide feedback on the content, format, and delivery of this information. Participants may also apply for 4.0 Continuing Nursing Education credits, at no cost.
