We know that many of you have been affected by the recent COVID-19 pandemic, and we would like to know how you are doing.  Our five to twenty minute survey, titled Mental Health Outcomes Among Nurses During the COVID 19 Pandemic, is a study to evaluate nurses’ reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey will ask questions about levels of anxiety, depression, burnout, and how the event has affected you.

We would greatly appreciate your time in completing the survey. Please go to: to begin.

There will be no identifying information collected in the survey, and results will be reported as aggregate data. The narrative responses may be used for qualitative analysis. Your participation in the research is voluntary. If you choose not to participate or change your mind later, your decision will not affect your relationship with the researchers or your right to other services that you may be eligible for within Walden University.

You may contact us by clicking on our names above for answers to pertinent questions about the research and research participant’s rights.

We appreciate your time and consideration.
